Have you been told you can't have implants?
Dr Andrew Fennell takes complex dental implant cases other clinics won't.
OR hybrid approach: you fit the prosthetic.
Complex cases
Cases other clinics won't take
Some dental implant cases are harder than a routine placement. Failed implants, severe bone loss, overseas implant complications, peri-implantitis, work that needs redoing. Most clinics won’t take these on.
Dr Andrew Fennell does. He’s placed over 7,000 implants in 20 years and built his Love Implants practice around the cases other dentists turn away. If you’ve been told no, told you can’t have implants done locally, or told you’ll need a referral to a London specialist, this is the page for you.
Free CT scan and free consultation. Most clinics charge for this. We don't. Find out what's possible before deciding anything.
Andrew handles every case personally. Not a junior dentist, not a referral up the chain. The same implant dentist for every step of your treatment.
Honest assessment. If implants aren't the right answer for your case, we'll say so. Some patients should be having bridges or dentures instead and we'll tell you straight.
Common cases
What counts as a complex case?
If another dentist has told you you can't have implants, or you can't have them done locally, or you'll need to be referred somewhere else, you're probably looking at a complex case. The most common types we see:
Failed dental implants for implants that didn't integrate, came loose, fractured, or developed infections, whether placed here or elsewhere.
Peri-implantitis for inflammation and bone loss around an existing implant, often diagnosed too late.
Implant removal for taking out an implant that's failed or that's poorly positioned, often a precursor to replacement.
Second opinion on implant treatment for patients told no elsewhere, or quoted prices that don't add up.
Crown replacement on existing implants for when the crown has come off or the work needs replacing.
If you're not sure which applies to you, that's fine. Dr Andrew will work it out at the consultation. Whatever the situation, your first step is a free CT scan so he can see exactly what's going on.

Why choose us
Why Love Implants for complex cases
Dr Andrew has placed over 7,000 implants in 20 years and built his practice around the unusual cases.
The CT scan is free. The consultation is free. No upfront fee just to find out what's possible.
You'll deal with Dr Andrew directly, not a treatment coordinator or a junior.
If implants aren't the right answer for your case, we'll tell you. We don't push patients into unnecessary work.
We treat patients who've come back from abroad with implant complications.
We treat peri-implantitis after years of inflammation and bone loss. Even cases that look hopeless can often be saved.
We've removed and replaced implants placed badly elsewhere, restored full arches, and given second opinions to patients quoted treatment they didn't need.
